Director Administration and Finance (DAF): Azu JohnKessly
Azu Johnkessly, born on 28th May 1973 (50yrs). Passionate for nurturing young minds, he joined Staff Team of Fellowship of Christian Students (FCS) in 2006 as a Training Secretary and was posted to Benue State, a role he dedicatedly served until 2009. Recognizing his dedication and capabilities, he was appointed Abuja Liaison Officer from 2009 to 2011. Dr. Azu later served as the Area Secretary of Kaduna Area between 2011 to 2022. Until his appointment as the Director of Administration and Finance, Azu was the Area Secretary for the Nasarawa Area.
As Director of Admin and Finance effective 1st January, 2024, Johnkessly Azu proposed to achieve effective:
- Data management and usage
- Monitoring, Evaluation & Reportage
- Strengthen the current filling system and building an online filling system
- Ensure that staff maintain the highest spiritual, ministerial and administrative standards at all times through trainings
- Increase funding through the use of data gathering (generated over time as students graduate at different levels)
- Improve maintenance of FCS owned property at the National Office.
- Establishment of a publishing arm of the Fellowship that is overdue through a less and affordable means establish a functional printing press to handle all our publications.

Director of Schools/Missions: Pastor Danlami B. Otsa
Pastor Danlami B. Otsa, born on 6th December 1965 (58 years). His journey with FCS began as Adamawa State Training Secretary (1999-2006). As he gained leadership skills, he was given additional responsibility to coordinate Adamawa Area as Area Coordinator covering Taraba, Gombe, and Adamawa States between 2004-2006. Mr. Otsa served as Training Secretary for Abuja as well as Abuja Area Coordinator covering FCT, Niger, Kogi, and Kwara States in 2006-2008. His strategic vision and commitment led to his appointment as Director of Missions & Associates (2008-2015) and Director of Finance & Fund Mobilization (2015-2018) all at the National Office. His passion and commitment to missions led to his appointment as Director of Missions & Associates in 2019 till his new engagement as Director of Schools and Mission. Mr. Danlami Bitrus Otsa is focusing on:
- Increased school visitation through intensive mobilization among Associates and students.
- To increase drive-on staff support.
- To improve on FCS Mission Sunday incorporating students in Associates mobilization.
- To develop and publish training manuals for Associates and school visitation teams.
- To intensify courtesy visits to government ministry/parastatals, and church leaders with updates of FCS activities.
- To build a formidable Team for the directorates.

MISSIONS
Director Aid4Life: Abolaji O. Godwithus
Mr. Abolaji Godwithus Olufemi, born on 8th August 1973 (50yrs), has been a dedicated staff of the organisation since February 2003 as the Training Secretary in Plateau State in a year. He was transferred to Kebbi State, where he served as the Training Secretary from May 2004 to September 2006. Abolaji’s commitment shone as he assumed the role of Area Coordinator for FCS in the Adamawa Area, overseeing activities in Adamawa, Gombe, and Taraba States until December 2007 and at same time Training Secretary in Adamawa State from September 2006 to September 2009.
Continuing his impactful journey, Abolaji became the Nasarawa Area Secretary from September 2009 to September 2016. Since September 2015 while in the field, he has been the Director of Schools’ Ministry at FCS National Headquarters in Jos, Plateau State.
He proposed to:
- To implement initiatives that will increase membership engagement and growth by harnessing the energy and enthusiasm of our members.
- To expand FCS’s influence via the Directorate of Aid for Life by developing partnerships with local and international organizations.
- To revamp FCS’s digital platforms, including the website and social media, to better connect with members and the wider community with Consistent, compelling content.
- To establish mentorship programs, continuous leadership trainings, and opportunities for members to take on leadership roles.
- Upholding FCS vision and mission statement and the objectives in which they established as included in the strategic plan.
- Accountability measures to promote transparency in decision-making and financial management.
